This means that combat items can be traded by characters interested in the black market, stashed away for fringe factions to collect etc. Examples: - Lasguns, Las Pistols and power packs. - Autoguns, Stub Revolvers & magazines - Melee weapons, Chainsword fuel etc.- Consumable items / luxury items that can be traded between players. Having food / ration packs / narcotics / alcohol and other misc. items promotes trade between (and thus interaction) players. Examples: Alcohol: - Amasec (whiskey) - Snakebite (moonshine) - Wine - Ales, beers etc. Narcotics: - Obscura - Combat Stimulants (such as Frenzon or Tranq) - Iho Sticks (cigarettes) Food Items: - Corpse Starch Ration Packs - Soups - Noodles, fast foods etc. - Recaff (Coffee)Immersion Related bits and bobs: - Weapons present in a character's inventory are displayed on his/her person when not in their hands (similar to HL2RP). E.g. A lasgun could be slung on the back, or a pistol could be worn on the hip. - Sound effects for Guardsmen when sprinting: Similar to how some Combine models generate sound effects of clanking armour plates and equipment. Adding these sounds to Guardsmen would be a nice extra.

Sicarius on Sept 5, 2014 0:25:58 GMT Further additions and items for players:Not everything is a "must have implementation", but it would be beneficial to see on the server. > Chaos Favour Idol:What this is would be a small idol-like admin spawned object that a cult could collect after successful completion of a heretic action as if it were conjured by warp, the more idols the player (and the cult combined) collects, the more powerful acts they will be able to complete through an admin. (E.g. summoning of warp daemons or chaos marines). > Scavenged Armour: Armour scavenge is home-made bits of armour that a player can strap to himself to increase his armour, it's not Imperial Guard issue so the amount of armour it gives would be between 5 or 10, only enough to soak up a shot or two for each piece scavenged, these could be admin spawned to be left around the map in unique places, players could trade and sell them too: [x] Tin-helmets [x] Masks [x] Knee-pads [x] Elbow-pads [x] Flak VestsIf possible make this visible on the player model? The untie ability should be available to anybody except the person tied up.> Datapad Allow players to fill up a datapad as if it where a notebook page, to be passed around for reports and messages.> Sign Allow players to create signs with custom text to be put up against a wall, potentially to mark out their place of business or otherwise. > Trap Allow players to create a rustic and cheap trap after combining say for example "WIRE" with "STICKS" and a "SMOKE GRENADE", creating a little chaos and alarm for who-ever is hiding behind the trap, any personal ideas for this one? Go nuts! Trip wires are a favourite. If this is uber complex then don't worry about it, admins can work with gbombs to set up traps instead. > Stationary RadioWhilst personal role radios are only available to the Guard and other advanced factions, the ability for players to buy, sell and set up stationary radios to communicate on private channels would be awesome. > Basic Furniture PackThis is for players who haven't donated, a vendor should be able to sell a basic furniture pack which has a couple of items that are easy to set up in a room, such as a table with a few chairs that can be sat on, nothing that needs a tool gun or phys gun to operate successfully.

Sicarius on Sept 20, 2014 15:13:10 GMT A lot of the above stuff is 'script fluff', the main wants at the moment are:> Remove /recognise from the script, have players automatically recognise one another as soon as a new character is made. > Customization, this is a big want. We have models with body groups! We just need to be able to use them, i.e. taking helmets off. > Add in the Metro Citizen pack for citizens, removing the normal half life citizen models. Same customization desire for citizens.> Updating NPC vendors with weapon items and citizen items that will kick off an economy that players want to get involved in (item lists shown above). > Adding in player jobs for citizens (e.g. Factory Worker, Bounty Hunter - will be discussed when this point is reached)> Working in donator flags for the donation only items to be permanently granted to players that donate to keep the server running. > Working PAC3 flag to allow donators who have unlocked this to use the PAC3 plug-in. > Adding in combine equipment running sound effects. > Debug .lua errors, damn them!
